We have an issue with one of your forms that we are currently using. Can you help?

    The email that is received when the form is submitted online comes through in a jumbled and compressed format, making it very hard to decifer the information

    The form worked fine until two weeks ago - any chance you could help us sort this problem?

    Hi Vanessa,

    I noticed that your email notification is currently in "Text Mode." This means that all HTML formatting has been stripped off into a purely text-based format. I would recommend that you delete the current email notification template and create a new one in "HTML Mode."

    Hi Vanessa

    In addition to what my colleague allanftd stated, you should know that in Chrome the text in the dropdowns is quite hard to read because the background color is white. I am yet to find a solution to this issue which seems to be peculiar to Chrome. If I do find a solution, it will be posted here.

    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I felt you ought to know.
