Missing form: Form link no longer works, please transfer the form to a new account.

    Good Afternoon,


    A previous employee put together a JOT form and mentioned she transferred the form over to my email address. However, I just received an email from a client that the form link no longer works.


    The previous employee was Jaclyn Leon - jleon@vistarmedia.com. Is there anyway that form and information can be transferred over to my account and we re-activate the link? This is pretty crucial for our onboarding process.

    Now you should be able to configure the form settings on your side.
