Do we need to design a form just for mobile?

We have a questionnaire we would like our current clients to complete after a meeting would like them to be able to complete from the web on a computer tablet or phone. Do we need to design a form just for mobile?

No, our forms are mobile responsive. You do not need to do anything when publishing the form. It should respond appropriately. If there issues, contact us through this ticket or create a new ticket.
