I have created a registration for some virtual testing and I was wondering that if once the parents sign up if they need to cancel or change their time are they able to go in and change or do they have to notify us to change?

Also is there a way to send out an automatic reminder for the parents the day before?

You just need to add an "Edit Link" into the auto-responder email, explained below, which will be sent to them upon submitting.
