Hello JotForm Support,
As of yesterday, one of my forms is appearing in my inbox with code rather than just the information needed.
Here's how it has appeared for years and years:
Thursday, February 18, 2021/jueves 18 de febrero de 2021 Full Name: Name of Person E-mail: person.x@yahoo.ca
Here's how the form is being sent now:
Thursday, February 18, 2021/jueves 18 de febrero de 2021 Full Name: Name of person E-mail: person@gmail.com <table align="center" role="presentation" cellspacing="0"cellpadding="0" border="0" width="700" style="width: 700px; margin: 0 auto;text-align: center" class="email-container"> <tbody> <tr> <td> <img id="trackCode_eee" width="1" height="1"src="https://events.jotform.com/email/203605560812954/?ref=notificationEmail&res=vermontzen" style="overflow:hidden; max-height:0; width: 1px;height: 1px; display: none;" /> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <img id="trackCode_evr" width="1" height="1"src="https://www.google-analytics.com/collect?v=1&tid=UA-1170872-18&cid=vermontzen&t=event&ec=email&ea=open&el=notificationEmail&cs=notificationEmail&cm=email&cn=notificationEmail" style="overflow:hidden; max-height:0; width: 1px;height: 1px; display: none;" /> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>
Can something be done about this?
With thanks,
vermontzen

Hi,
Could you provide us the form ID so that we can take a closer look at the settings?
Also, have you done any edits to the notification emails lately?
Looking forward to your reply.
Thank you! -

Hello,
Thank you for the clarification. I have cloned your form and replicated the same issue on my end. To fix this issue, you can easily delete the existing Notification Email and create a new Notification Email with the same settings.
Please follow these steps,
1) On the Form Builder, go to the Settings tab and open the Emails section.
2) Hover your mouse over the notification email and click the Pencil icon. Then, copy the Email Content.
3) On the Emails section, click the Trash icon to delete the existing Notification Email.
4) Click the +Add an Email button and create a new Notification Email. Then, paste the Email Content of the previous Notification Email.
Here is a screencast for you to follow the process,
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue persists.
