When I add users to my premium account, it does not give them the option to create new forms, only to edit my existing forms.  Is this by design?

Unfortunately, sub-accounts are only able to view or edit accounts, depending on rights you've given to the sub-account. Form creation is only allowed to the premium account.

If you do need further assistance, do let us know. Thank you.

Thank you for the quick reply. I have 1 more question, somewhat related. We have a user with a separate free account in the office – is it possible to migrate her forms over to my premium account?

    @ Josh

    Hi,

You can just clone the form of the Free user so that you can have an exact same form under your account. Review this guide on How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-URL

But if you want to include the Free user's submissions data from the form, then we are the only (support staff) that can do this. We will transfer the form from one account to another.

    Thanks.
