    How can I input simple equations in my form?

    Asked by BlueCloud on November 12, 2013 at 03:30 PM

    Please help me with the css for this.... I have phones and equipment for sale and want customers to be able to select multiple phones and equipment and select different quantities for each. I also want them to be able to select multiple non-recurring charges and multiple monthly recurring charges with quantites for each recurring charge. I want to be able to add up the sum and create a total at the bottom. Thanks!

    As for the moment, calculated field are not yet available. However, let me inform to you this feature is already being implemented and hopefully it will be released soon. Basically it will allow anybody to make calculations using these operands +- */

    Please bear with us unti this is released

    Please discard my previous answer (and the typo).

    I think you can easily accomplish this by integrating any of our Payment tool : Paypal, Authorize.net,Stripe.net ,etc

    i did a guide some months ago on How to setup a recurring payment option

    Seeing that you want to setup recurring and non recurring payments. You can also check this guide another supporter did in order to How to Create a Basic Multiple Payment form

    Let us know if you need further assistance  on this particular issue. Otherwise you can open a new thread if you have unrelated questions

    Hi,

    Do you mean you want to embed the form after creating it on the form builder? If yes, that's indeed possible. Here's how to get your form embed code.

    If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to open a new thread for each of your questions so we can assist you better.

    Thank you!

    Do you know the correct code I should add to the forms source code in order for my form to calculate the above equations? Thanks

    @BlueCloud

    Thanks for your reply.

    To clarify, are you trying to make an online payment throughout the calculated products and quantities? If yes, unfortunately you can only achieved that when you use our built-in payment tools. Every payment tool comes with calculation already. It is also possible to display the total of all the selected products and chosen quantities.

    However, if what you want is just a custom calculation and no only payments involved, using the form source code with custom script is all you need. If this is what you're trying to achieved, we'll try to come up with a custom script for you but we need the final form URL from where you're trying to integrate this so we can use the field names from your form on the sample script.

    We'll be looking forward to your reply. Thanks!

    @BlueCloud

    That's okay. The Purchase Order tool in the Payment Tools menu shown in my colleague's screenshot can be used if you don't actually need to collect payments. Once Elton has a solution, he'll get back in touch with you. However, it would be remiss of me not to inform you that, from what I can see, such a solution may take some time to come up with.

    Thanks
