Question about a report for a product list

Hello, I've created a form with more than 130 products (plants) in a product list.

I can easily get a report that shows the list of plants that each customer ordered.

Is there a way to easily create a report that shows who ordered each plant? For example: how can I create a report that shows the names of customers who ordered Carex texensis?
