Aloha! I need to free up space with our account. Currently, we're only using Jotform for credit card authorizations and I'm being prompted to upgrade because we're out of space. How can I free it up? Thanks!

Hi there,
I did check your account and you already exceeded your account's maximum upload space. You will need to delete submissions that have uploads in order to free up some space.

Make sure to delete the submissions from the trashed entries in order to free up some space effectively.
Also, please take note that purging submissions is irreversible so if in case you still need the submissions in the future, I'd suggest downloading them first as a backup.
