For some reason it still has "MPower" which is the old name of the form.

I'm having the issue that there is some hidden data in my form that I can't get rid of. For some reason it still has "MPower" which is the old name of the form. I can't find a way to eliminate it though. It is showing up when I paste the link in microsoft teams but I can't find it in the settings anywhere and it's not in the source code that I'm seeing.

You can change that in your form settings under "Page Title" section.
