kristandgAsked on February 17, 2021 at 6:41 PMHmmm. I think you are misunderstanding the problem.
I did an initial form. I had 9 time slots allowing 10 patients per slot. It
is only allowing 80 people to sign up. A couple of the time slots are
capping at 3 people instead of the ten. It doesn't show any further
appointment slots even though there should be some.
I was only suggesting that the cloning could contribute, but I don't think
it is what is causing the problem.

Hi Kristan,
To clarify, you have set the appointment field to accept 10 appointments per slot. However, not all slots were filled by 10 attendees. Is this correct?
Unfortunately, due to HIPAA restrictions, we can't view and check your submissions. Can you please share how many attendees have already booked for each slot?
Also, could you please check if there are any deleted submissions in the trashed entries?
We look forward to your response.
Thank you.

kristandgReplied on February 18, 2021 at 1:55 AMYes, that is correct. Some fill all ten, however one only filled three.
However, it didn't show that there was any more availability within that
slot.
I allow ten attendees per slot, however not all of them show available
appointments, ever when some slots are open..
I looked in the trash and there were some forms in there. I deleted those
completely, but it didn't open up the correct slots for some reason.
I get the feeling that maybe people had clicked on a slot, but decided not
to register, the program then considers that the slot is filled. However
I'm not sure on that.
Let me know what you think.

Maybe that’s the case or maybe the appointment field doesn’t set the correct limit. Anyway, when setting an appointment limit, please set the quantity using these buttons (see the screencast below).
Please try applying the limits in your appointment field again with that and let us know if you encounter the same issue again.
