Collecting photos from surveys

Everytime someone submits a survey for me it sends me an error code and wont allow me to see the photo they have attached.

I think you are opening/viewing the attachment via email. If that's the case, you would need to lift privacy settings in your account, which require login to review files, here is the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings.
