    Hi team,

We have created an order form and would like to have the products tallied in a report so we have the total number of each product.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks Jenny

    Hi Jenny,

You can try the report builder. I've created a clone of your form and sent some test submissions on it. You can create a new tab in your Tables and using report view you can keep track of the total number of products that have been ordered.

It will automatically update when you receive the new submissions. I've created a short video as well so you can see how you can use this Report view.

Please try it and let us know if you this will fulfil your requirement.

    Thanks

    Hi Vick,

Thank you so much, that is so helpful.

We are going to do summary totals each week and send product to the school.

I'm wondering how we can see each week’s sales in this report so we don’t double up on number of products to be sent because they were counted the week before. Can we set the report to each week, so that it closes the sales collected in report for the week on a Monday at 6pm in the afternoon. Any sales after 6pm on Monday, goes into the next week of deliveries???

Or can we create this report to be for a particular date range?

I look forward to your input.

    Jenny

    Hi Jenny,

You can use the filters to create weekly reports based on the data range only. Please note that you can not apply a specific time in the filters. Here is how you can apply the dates filter.
