Hi there,
I see submissions in your account data on Feb 13.
Our systems have been up and running. We didn't receive any outage reports from other users for the whole 5 days. Do you have any users who submitted their forms between these days but their submissions are not showing up? Do you have their email addresses?

We don't have any email addresses, but it seems like there was some problem with the submission if we have less than 5 applications during those days. Is there somewhere else these could be?

Tables are the main backend of your form where you can manage all your form submissions. The same should reflect in your form inbox as well.
