Hi,
I tried to change the account email but as the email is a registered account I cnt add the email. However, she can't log in using her email. I have signed up the form using Google Gmail. Please assist. Thank you.

Can you please share to us the email address on which you are trying to change your account to? We'd like to check and see to whom it's associated with.

Just to clarify, you are trying to change the email address from Shahliza@corianderleaf.com to samia@corianderleaf.com?
If yes, then I can see there is already an account with the email address samia@corianderleaf.com.
Please note that it is not possible to use the same email address in multiple JotForm accounts.
Please change the email address of your samia@corianderleaf.com account to free up that email address.
Once done, you can then change the email address of your Shahliza@corianderleaf.com to samia@corianderleaf.com.
