When I download the forms, if I want the folder to be sent to a different email address to my own, is that possible?

If you plan to download the form, instead of submissions, I'm afraid you could only export all of your forms. You may refer to the following guide: How to Export All of Your Data at Once.

However, if you are referring to submissions and you would like the submissions notification to be sent to another email, you may simply add a Notification email that's directed to another email. You may want to take a look at the following page: Setting up Email Notifications.
