JotForm loads slowly on our city web site

Hello,

We have been noticing over time that when we open our JotForm on our website it takes much longer to display than when first deployed. When it displays, part of it gets overlaid with part of the page (see attachment). We originally started out with the Silver licensing. I noticed that we were getting messages that we had exceeded our Silver limits quite a bit. Could that be causing the slow down in loading our form?

On Tuesday, Feb. 16th, we upgraded to the Gold version since we were exceeding our Silver limits and would hope that would fix this issue. Is this a correct assumption?
