I have created a form but can not connect the "submit" button to an email address. I don not have a url addres at thsi point.
my email is firstname.lastname@example.org and phone is 412 366 8685

Hello, thanks for posting your inquiry here on the forum.
From what I understand from your inquiry, are you not receiving email alerts to your email address after submission?
You can easily change the email address of the notification recipient by:
1. Click Setup & Embed tab
2. Click Email Alerts button
3. Choose your Notification
4. Click "Reply-To and Recipient Settings" button and it will show this page:
You can adjust the E-mail Recipient of your form by changing the "Recipient E-mail" indicated on the arrow.
If this is not the one you want, can you please elaborate more on what you meant by "can not connect the submit button to an email address"?.
