i have created form to work online but when i change internet, the form is not working. could you tell the reason why?

I could find only two forms in your account - an appraisal form and a leave application form.
Which form are you referring to?
Changing the internet should not cause an issue with the form.
Please check and let us know.

Currently, both forms are possible to access in the firefox browser log in
but it is not log in the chrome browser
i want to log in the chrome browser than firefox browser. could you tell me
why not log in to access in the chrome?
