How do I find out who has had issues with subscription payments? Is that info on my payment processor?

Hi there,
Do you mean that if a user is unable to pay their monthly payments? Or if they are unable to submit the form? If they are unable to submit the form then their subscription will not start.
Please ask your question in detail so we can provide assistance accordingly.

is?
Jotform sent an email to my customer. But how do I see a report on my end?
When will jotforms retry the credit card?
My customer says her card is ok and there have been zero attempts yo charge
from her bank research.
Please advise.

Thank you for the clarification. You'll need to check your payment processor for these details. Payments are handled directly by the payment processor. We only provide integration and we do not charge you or your users any fees for the transactions made via integration.
Please check with your payment processor and let us know if you need further assistance.
