Error when submitting the form

Dear Support team!

I have a trouble with the submitting of the form for my company regarding a Questionaire

I have completed all the question of that form even some mandatory fields. But when I click the submission button, it appeared that " All sites name + Location" field has an error. Although I had tried many ways but it didn't work.

I typed in that field as below :

Site names : www.bidifisco.com

Location : Viet Nam

Please help me about this

The problem is with the All sites name + Location field. Please make sure you click on the Enregistrer et ajouter 1 ligne - Register + add one more line button after you enter your data:

This will create a new row with the data you have input, and you can add additional ones if you need to:
