Hi,
Is it possible to add an upload button to each row of a table? for example, if I used the below table but wanted people to upload a document on each row instead of the "any thoughts" column, can it be done?
Thank you.

Hi Luke.Almond2,
Yes, it is possible to achieve your requirement. You can add calculation values in the input table field which will help you calculate the amount. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to perform the calculation in input table fields: https://www.jotform.com/help/343-How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-in-the-Input-Table-Field
You can then pass the calculated amount to your form's payment field. The following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field
Hope this helps.

Hi Luke.Almond2,
Unfortunately, the input table does not allow uploading files, there are other similar widgets that allow multiple entries, but none of them allow to upload files.
The only way to allow uploads on your form is through our available single elements, you will find more information here: https://www.jotform.com/help/332-How-to-Create-File-Upload-Forms
