recaptcha when form is submitted

While I am told it is due to a high amount or unusual amount of traffic, I get this every time I go to send an email. Sometimes, I will "miss it" five to six times in a row getting Captcha after Captcha.

To clarify, you receive the reCaptcha everytime your send an email or when you submit the form?
