When I upload files and try to go back and look at them, it says Error 404: Item

I checked that currently your JotForm account doesn't have any forms.

And from the email log, it seems you have unfinished filling this form 2020 – 2021 APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

Could you check your email from the form owner for the Continue Form link, and open it with a different browser and try upload the file again? If the issue persist, kindly share with us screenshot of your concern and the console report so that we can understand the issue better and assist you properly.
