Completed Jotform Being Uploaded to Dropbox Twice

    I'm having an issue where a JotForm is being uploaded to Dropbox twice each time it's filled out. It only happens with one file, all the rest are working fine.

    I've tried removing and re-adding the Dropbox integration but I'm not sure what to look at beyond this.

    I'm not familiar with the JotForm system and can't find any mentions of similar issues described on the forums here or when I tried googling. Apologies if there are and I've missed them.

    Let me know if you need any more info. I am waiting on the URL being sent to me and can add this in once I receive it.

    I was unable to replicate the issue you reported with one of my forms.

    Please provide us the form URL, and tell us if the issue is related to all submissions.

    Thanks for checking, I’m currently waiting on the URL being sent over to me as the person who reported it is in a meeting. Once I get it I’ll send it over to you ASAP.

    I have tried adding Unique Submission filters such as Checking Cookies and Checking Cookies and IP but they seem to stop the form from being submitted altogether.

    I seem to be having issues using your support page as well. Anytime I try and submit an answer/question I get this error:

    Happens across multiple browsers etc. and seems to have been the reason I have opened multiple tickets. It happens when opening a ticket and when replying to one.

    The Unique Submission feature will prevent multiple submissions from the same device and/ or IP address.

    I checked and all submissions you received are duplicated on the submissions page as well. That's why you are receiving duplicates in Dropbox as well.

    I was able to replicate the issue on a cloned form. Based on my tests the PayPal payment field that is not integrated with any account, is causing the issue. If you remove it, the issue should be resolved.
