HIPAA temporary back-end error

    I have been getting the below message for two days. When I log in from a different computer this doesn't come up. How can I resolve?
    Temporarily Back-end Unavailable

    To clarify, the error is only showing when you login using your personal computer?

    Can you please share the console logs when you receive the error?

    I have also cleared your form cache.
