Email receipients

    I removed a former employee from all reports, but when I get my copy of the reports, I can see she is still listed.

    Can you share with us the email address of that employee?

    You may change/remove email recipients in the Email Settings:

    Her email is Victoria.Mastrangelo@waxcenter.com.
    Did remove her, but she is still showing up.

    Hi there,

    Upon checking the email logs for the email address Victoria.Mastrangelo@waxcenter.com, here is the latest email notification that was sent out:

    [2021-01-23 18:03:50] Submission #4872522306815269099 Form #91136917109155 SENT to victoria.mastrangelo@waxcenter.com from noreply@jotform.com, via SENDMAIL 

    And I do not see that email address anymore as the recipient for the email notifications.

    Can you share with us a screenshot of anything that indicates that the employee stills receives the reports?
