Why suspend my account?

    Please reactive my account. I has been with you for long time. Now I am shocked to see my contact us form shut down. I came and check here. I found that my account is suspended. Care to explain why?

    Please note that we have an automated anti-phishing filter which scans all forms. It seems our anti-phishing filter marked one of your email as spam which triggered your account suspension.

    I have gone ahead and activated your account again and your forms are back online. Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if the issue persists.
