Radio buttons receive newsletterAsked by alshei on November 13, 2013 at 03:03 AM
Is it possible to implement a radio button to receive newsletter?
The radio buttons will be between "Yes" or "No". If Yes, the user should be added into mailchimp list for newsletter recipient. Otherwise the user will be added into a default list where they don't want to be on the list to receive the newsletter.
Can you please advice me
You can do so but by using Checkbox instead of the Radio Button. In the integration wizard, set "Send Contacts to MailChimp:" to "Only if user agrees", see screenshot:
After you click "Update", it should automatically create the field in your form:
Unfortunately, I don't think your preference using Radio Button is possible. We only have this option from the Integration. If you requirements would be to collect email address wether they accept or not, I would suggest downloading your submission instead and from the excel or csv file, collect the email address of those who do not wish to subscribe to your newsletter. Of course, you can use the Sorting Function in excel to sort the subscribers.
