Not able to log in

    Hi my email is not working to log into Jotform since yesterday. This is on my app, phone browser, and my computer. Can you please reset whatever you need to do so I can go ahead and bill for my job thank you

    Hi what does white listed mean? Also I still need help, I even deleted the app and redownloaded. Still not letting me log in to any of my devices with my email. Please advice.

    I'm seeing 3 accounts under @peachtreeautism.com domain. May I know if you are able to login using aoberle, Boucher_Megan or fdjavanshir username?

    If username and password is not working, please try resetting your password and see if that helps.

    I am not able to log into aoberle account. Everyone else Megan and Fari can
    access theirs. I tried resetting my password and it still won’t let me on
    my internet browser or my app. Internet just keeps looping me to log in
    with email. Here’s what the app says attached. Please advice. Thank you.

    The exact same thing is happening. It keeps looping me to log in. Same with

    I am still not able to log on to my app or my phone. Every time I log in it
    goes to log in screen no matter if I chose ‘log in’ or ‘gmail’ attached is

    I would recommend you to clear your browser's cache, (while logged out) then re-open the browser and try to start a fresh login in around 30 minutes.

    May I know what username are you using when logging in? Also, have you tried logging in your account using a computer browser or just the mobile app? If mobile app only, please try logging in using a computer browser.

    By they way, your aoberle account doesn't have any form, but there's a saved form that you haven't completed yet. Would you mind sharing to us the form URL which has 100 submissions to it? Maybe you are referring to a different account.

    I was able to log in through the separate link Megan sent me. But still
    same issue with the app and my phone looping me to log in. The app that has
    100+ submission is from my aoberle account. Hmm .. can you call me tomorrow
    after 12 -130p est ? Maybe this will be easier that way. Thank you

    I'm sorry, but we don't have phone support. Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the app and try manually logging in (don't copy and paste the password) by manually typing your username and password.
