For PDF editor - can you customise how you want your submissions to look on the PDF?

at the moment I can only see how to change a PDF to how you want it to look from when you have received a submission?

    Hello,

My apologies for the confusion, but can you provide us with additional details on how you would like to customize the PDF submissions further? If you are referring to applying the submission data on the PDF template, you can refer to this detailed guide: Applying-form-submission-data-into-a-pdf-document

On the above guide, you will see on the Layout Settings tab other options to customize the PDF documents with styles and formatting:

Looking forward to your response. Thank you.

    Hello,

Yes so for this form in particular we want to change the layout for how the questions appear and also the photos on PDF submissions (we send these to our clients) https://form.jotform.com/210391996663062

So rather than edit after each submission is there somewhere we can change how the PDF will look for all submissions of the form?

You can edit your PDF document in the PDF editor https://www.jotform.com/products/pdf-editor/.

Once you edit your PDF document, the layout would be used for all submissions with the PDF attachment.

Please check it out and let us know how it goes.
