HIPAA: 504 error when editing the submission

    Hi,

    I was editing a record and when I clicked submit I received a 504 error. See screen shots.

    Still having the issue. Can you tell me the the character limit when my customer fills in a text box such as the one similar to the one I am using to message this to you?

    There's no limit for the Long Text form field unless you enable it and added a limit to it. Here's a screenshot guide on how to add Entry limits:
