Refund subscription

    First of all, why is there no Customer Service number to call? I have been using and promoting your program to make important contracts and forms for work, but now I can't do anything while waiting for an email that is expected to take over 3 hours! The refund was only for the Bronze upgrade, but you still owe me 59.90 that you charged my bank account for the Gold membership. Last night, one of your reps refunded the Bronze account amount, but I had just upgraded to gold. I used the wrong bank card. Now my personal bank account is - $61! I told the rep I needed to avoid the overdraft! When I woke up this morning, I thought it had been taken care of, but then I went to upgrade to Gold on the right card, and it charged my personal card again! That's when I got the overdraft notice from the bank immediately. You guys really need to put the billing info at the TOP of the upgrade page and have it confirm payment info for any upgrades! What if my kids had been messing around on my phone and upgraded and over-drafted my account by mistake?! You guys offer no protection in that regard. PLEASE refund the $99 you charged me this morning and the 59.90 you charged me last night! I will change the bank card when I have someone else here to help me, but for now, I just need my money back!
