Form doesn't load on mobile devices.

    Dear team,

    Most of my users are experiencing the same issue with this form. Most are on their phones, and cannot access the form. Can you please help? This form has completely lost momentum now, as users experienced the issues below issues when they first accessed it and now they lost interest. It was a crucial form for our organization. Please help!

    I have been performing some tests and was able to replicate the issue as well, this seems to happen when you load the form under the domain "form.jotform", but if you use the following link this seems to work:
