HIPAA Compliance

    Hello,

    I've recently enabled HIPAA Compliance and received the signed Business Associate Agreement, however it isn't showing in the account.

    Hi,

    As per checking, your account has not yet successfully upgraded to HIPAA. Have you completed the steps on the HIPAA upgrade process? If not, please try upgrading your account to HIPAA again by following the steps outlines on this guide:
