    Hello, I want to use the same form on multiple pages on my site and track which one the submission came from.  I have read the articles on the subject and understand, however I couldn't get it to work.  It was mentioned that the code should work with iframe.  So here is the iframe code I'm using, and the submission comes back with a blank in the BUILDING field.   Ideally I would like to use lightbox so is there a way to make it work with lightbox?  If not then if I could at least get it up and running with the iframe.

    Here is the iframe code:

    </p> <p>

    Here is the lightbox code:

    Hi,

    Looking at your source code and notification email, I found out that the html name for your hidden field is website7 and not building.

    For lightbox tracking, insert this in your lightbox embed codes:

    iframeParameters: { 'website7':'134york'
    },

    so it becomes:

    <script src="https://www.jotform.com/min/g=feedback" type="text/javascript">

    new JotformFeedback({

    formId:'11213731589',

    base:'https://www.jotform.com/',

    windowTitle:'Notifications:',

    background:'#FA020F',

    fontColor:'#FFFFFF',

    type:false,

    height:500,

    width:400,

    iframeParameters:{

    'website7':'134york'

    },

    });

    </script>

    <a id="lightbox-11213731589" style="cursor:pointer;color:blue;text-decoration:underline;">Notifications:</a>

    Let me know how this solution works for you. Feel free to contact us again if you encounter any other problems.

    That worked great.  How about for the feedback code.  Here is the code:

    <script src="//www.jotform.com/min/g=feedback" type="text/javascript">

    new JotformFeedback({

    formId: "11213731589",

    buttonText: "Notifications:",

    base: "http://www.jotform.com/",

    background:'#ED0231',

    fontColor:'#FFFFFF',

    buttonSide: "right",

    buttonAlign: "center",

    type:false,

    width: 400,height: 300});

    </script>

    Hi Ryan,

    The solution I posted works the same way for feedback codes. Just apply the same changes to the code and it  should be good to go.

    If you need further assistance, please let us know. Thank you for using Jotform.
