    Hi

I noticed that my PDF document list has disappeared from the Emails sent after submission. Several Forms have been affected by this. Please let me know how this can be corrected.

    Thank You

    Donna

    Hello Donna,

Just to confirm, you have a PDF document (not the default version) and it is missing. The issue also happens on all of the forms. Is that correct?

Do you remember the PDF document name? If yes, please let us know. I also cleared your form cache on our server. Could you please check and see if the issue still persists?

    Hi Vincent

Thank you for responding. I didn't explain my issue very well.

I have a lot of pdf documents for different forms on our account. When I go to set up an email under the advanced tab, my list of PDF documents does not show up after I turn on the PDF Attachment. Only choice is "default document". Somehow the PDF Editor templates are no longer connected to my forms.

    Sorry for the confusion.

    Sorry for the inconvenience too.

I tested it on my account and I was able to replicate the issue. I will forward this issue to our developers. We will contact you again once we have any updates. Thank you!

Thank you! I see my issue was fixed. Is it something I can fix myself if it happens again?

    I really appreciate your support.

    Have a Wonderful Day

Our developer has fixed the problem an hour after we have alerted them about this. Unfortunately, it's a system problem, so there's no way you can fix this on your end.

    Thank you.
