Hello, we are experiencing an issue that happens randomly were the PDF attachments are coming in blank.
As a workaround what we have been doing is downloading the PDF from the Jotform Portal.
Please advise how we can resolve this situation.

I have cloned your form and I could not replicate the issue. The PDF attachment was populated correctly from the submission data.
I have now cleared your form cache. Could you please recheck and get back to us if the issue persists
