Every time that I do a change to my email notifications jotform duplicates it. How can I avoid this?
One more question, I'd like to have my Jotform in english, but I can not setup the english version.

In order to stop that issue, you need to clear your form cache. Please follow the next steps to know how to do it:
1. while logged in click on the icon that seems a person.
2. Click on Account.
3. choose Settings tab.
4. Click on Clear Cache button.
I've also done it from our side. Clearing your browsers caches should also help to resolve this issue: How to clear your browser caches and cookies
