Are my PDFs successfully uploaded?

    Good Evening,

    I am currently filling out a form that was sent to me, requiring me to upload PDFs from my laptop. When I save that form and return to the page to view those PDFs, there is a "404" error, and I cannot see the PDFs that I have uploaded to the form. Will they become available once I submit my form, or do I need to upload them in another way?

    Please let me know if this is something that can be resolved. Thank you!

    It seems that you have filled a form that built using Jotform Online Form Builder. Please contact the form owner directly so they can assist you with your concern.
