    Hi,

There are JotForm apps that have this feature. You can check here

    http://apps.jotform.com/search/SMS

Perhaps you can make use of this apps.

And to my knowledge also, most mobile networks supports e-mail..

Please check this thread on a similar discussion, it should help on what you need.

Inform us if you have more say on this.

    Thanks.

I think we may have gone a little off-track from what you seek. So I took a moment and re-read what you first wrote again. It seems to me that you actually seeking a way to have a Link which is automatically generated for each Submission of your Form. The link would be included inside of your Email Notification which is sent to you everytime a customer fills in your form. Now should you choose to click on this Generated Link it would then trigger an SMS Message to automatically be sent to that submissions customer. Is that correct?

I additionally took a look at the Nexmo Link you've provided us. I read through it a little bit and it may be possible but I think it will take some more time to consider this as a possibility since at the moment I don't fully understand it all just yet.

Hello, thank you for explaining it further

I believe this is possible too like Kade mentioned. I think we have a similar SMS API the was previously created by our colleague Elton that takes advantage of Webhooks. Please see his Webhook sample here http://pastiebin.com/5253dd650f070

To know more about Webhooks. Please refer to this user guide How to Setup Webhook in JotForm.

I modified Elton's version and matched it to your Nextmo API here:

Please let us know if this is the one you want. Thanks

    Hello. thanks for replying back.

Yes, you may host the SMS API on your website just the way you did. However, it needs a phone number field. I am confused why you need a name field. Your Nexmo API only needs your "Sender ID", "API_Secret" and "API_Key" to start a send session with Nexmo API. All three can be taken from your Nexmo account dashboard. If you have not registered with this SMS provider, please do so before proceeding.

I also took a look the form URL you just gave, http://jotformpro.com/form/22841821868966 but I don't see any phone number field there. Is this the correct form you want to use for SMS notification?

Please let us know so we can better assist you. Thanks.

I would like to add that you should paste the contents of your SMS.php on http://www.pastiebin.com and post the link here. As it is a PHP file hosted on a server, any request to download the file will let your server strip all PHP codes as a security measure. We can not view your SMS.PHP on that manner.

    Thanks

It's up to your settings by the way. However, the form must be submitted in order to trigger the SMS Notification.

Aside from the API workaround, you can also use third party websites that offers sending SMS email to your mobile number. Example:

    http://www.smsmail.com/

    https://www.smsglobal.com/

    Thanks

    Cool username there! :)

"But it don't work where i can custom my text message ?"

I am not sure what you mean.

If you mean where you should use this PHP code you should create a sendsms.php file on your website and then use "Webhooks" to trigger the URL of this script.
