Upload space limit: I deleted submissions but still get upload space full error message.

I just deleted a lot of form submissions, but I still get an error message that my upload space is full. How do I reset this, please?

Hi Angela,

It seems that some of the submissions you deleted are still remaining in the trash folder, where they still take up space.
Kindly remove the submissions from the trash, and you will be able to free up space on your account.
