Combine questions in the Card Form layout?

Is there a way to combine questions in the Card Form layout? I would like to have 3 sections each with its own set of questions.

Section 1—1 Quesitons

Section 2—3 Questions

Section 3—3 Questions

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine question within Card Layout. However, you may consider switching to Classic Layout and take advantage of our Page Break feature.
