    Good Afternoon,

I recently was approved to use the HIPAA compliant JotForm in my previous account. My students are now unable to download their assignment PDF. If this is now allowed, I will need to have my account returned to the regular version and set up a separate HIPAA compliant account. Appreciate your suggestions.

    Thank you,

    Marsha

Restriction to account privacy is forced implemented to HIPAA users and can't change this option.

One option is to enable the PDF attachment with password enabled. This will attach a summary of the filled form and will be sent to the person who submitted the form.

If PDF attachment doesn't work for your needs, you can disable hipaa at https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data and click on the disable hipaa button.
