I have a form with an appointment scheduler. When user selects an appointment, I would like it to show on the pdf. How can I accomplish this?

    Hello,

You cannot map an Appointment element to the PDF document in Smart PDF, unfortunately.

You could, however, use a Form Calculation widget to capture the string (A-Z) value of the Appointment element and map that to the document.

I had this working how I wanted and now its not. I cannot figure out why. Instead of displaying the date/time in the calculation field, the display is a string of numbers. I have it set up exactly as shown. Like I said, it worked perfect for a while, I changed nothing that I know of to cause this. Please help, thank you.

I checked your form and I can see that your Form Calculation widget is already set to String (A-Z) as such, it should now capture the text value of your appointment field.

I can only assume that you may have accidentally clicked on the field in your Form Calculation widget which toggles it from String to Number, hence you are seeing a number value in the submission.

Unfortunately, fixing it will not revert the value of a previous submission though it will fix the issue of newer submissions. You can make a new test submission instead to check it out.

On my end, I have cloned your form, made a test submission and was able to see the date just fine.

I cloned the form and it worked just fine. Then I tried a new test submission and the same thing happened. I tried logging out and back in, still no luck. Here is a screen shot of the setup.

I have tested a cloned version of your form but I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.'

As long as the user can select the time slot in the appointment field,it can populate the data in the form calculation widget.
