Can't add more than 6 email recipients

    I deleted an email recipient and was going to replace it with another.  However, it tells me I need to upgrade.  We currently have 7 email recipients.  I thought we were allowed 10 email notification recipients.  Please advise.

    I also accidentally deleted the Jotform recipient - does that mean it won't show up here?

    Hi there - I apologize for the confusion. We recently had a bug in recipient limits that allowed even FREE accounts to have more than 1 email recipient. That issue is fixed now so you'll need to upgrade if you need to have more than one.


    As for your existing recipients, that will continue to work as long as you don't delete them.
