HIPAA Compliance on my account

    I signed and recieved the BAA to make my account HIPAA compliant. When I did it the forms converted or appeared to. After that, I'm in my account and it still reflects I need to enable HIPAA compliance. I have tried to resubmit the BAA but that didn't work. What do I need to do so I am sure it has HIPAA turned on?

    Please disable the checkbox for encryption and upgrade to HIPAA again:

    You do not need that encryption feature on HIPAA forms as the encryption in built on HIPAA accounts.
