Cannot access account after removing HIPAA compliance

    I have removed HIPPA from my account (created a new account for that) Its been over 12 hours and it still says...

    We’re removing HIPAA compliance from your account. This may take a while.


    Please help!

    I see that your account is still HIPAA enable. I have clear your form cache from our end. Could you kindly reconfirm from your end if it is still stuck in the message? Kindly provide us with screenshots that you are receiving too.

    I dont know what you did but now NONE of my forms are loading and it doesnt even show that I am logged in after logging in.


    Please fix this asap!!!!

    This is happening for both of my accounts now. To be clear I have 2 jotform accounts.


    Username: Arzunian

    This is one is fine. No changes need to be made here. This account should be HIPPA compliant.


    Username: socialhorizon

    This account I switched from HIPPA to regular and on this account is where issue occurred where it wouldn't revert back to normal and just kept loading for over 20 hours now.

    For this username none of my forms are loading, Im getting


    This page isn’t working

    hipaa.jotform.com redirected you too many times.


    I cleared my cookies and same issues, please help I need access ASAP!

    All i was trying to do with account Username: socialhorizon, is revert it back from HIPPA to normal account.

    I have checked the account socialhorizon and it seems HIPAA has been removed already.

    May we know if you are now able to login to your account?

    You may try clearing your browser's cache and login back to your account.

    Let us know how it goes.
