Form builder crashes whenever the Stripe payment field is clicked

    I went to turn off the "fetch stripe products and coupons" setting in this jotform, and had pulled in so many products that the list covered the back and next buttons, I finally got past that sort of, and it broke, now I can't even go to payment settings without a crash.

    (page just goes white)

    (UI issue, and a separate bug from the looks of it)

    Ideally, if we can fix the bug, and turn off the fetch coupons and fetch products from Stripe then I can make the changes I need to make and get it back live.

    First off, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. I was able to replicate this problem in your form and on the cloned version. The moment I clicked on the Stripe payment field in the form builder, it crashes the page right away.

    This is now escalated to our developers and we will inform you here and at your email address once this is fixed.

    Unfortunately, we still haven't heard from the backend. As promised, we will automatically notify you once we have an update.

    If using a different form doesn't disrupt your automation or cause any issue. I would recommend you complete the configuration of that new form and use it instead. (accessing the Stripe settings on this one doesn't cause the page to crash)

    The back-end team might get back to you tomorrow or later and since we are not sure and you need to work, I believe this is a great alternative solution.
