Plans and maximum number of payment submissions

    Hello. We have an existing JotForm embedded on our site.

    We would like to add a payment gateway and take payments online via the Jotform integration.

    Your pricing is confusing.

    Free plan lists a max of 10 payments. But what's the time frame? 10 payment transactions per month? per year?

    Likewise with the other tiers, what is the time frame?

    The payment submission limit, just like the(regular) monthly submission limit resets every first of the month.

    The payment submission limit is the total number of payment submissions your account CAN acquire out of the total number of regular monthly submissions limit it has.

    For example, for the Starter plan, 10 submissions CAN be payment submissions out of the 100 (regular) monthly submission accounts on a Starter plan has.

    When your account reached its payment submissions limit, the payment forms in that account will be temporarily disabled. The owner of the account has the option to wait for the payment submission usage to reset or upgrade the account.
